Budget Mail
Items sent through the U.S. MAIL must have a complete institutional return address:

The street address must come first followed by the Mail Stop (MS) number.
The return address must also contain a budget number barcode. The budget number barcode must be placed above or below the return address.
美国.S. Postal Service requires the postage meter imprint to be in the upper right corner of the mail piece. The upper right area must be kept clear of all markings, tape (including clear), staples etc. Mail not properly prepared 将 be returned to sender.
All oversized or overstuffed envelopes must be sealed and processed as a parcel in the PitneyShip program on our website.
Mail may be deposited in person at Campus Mail and Receiving at anytime between 7:30 a.m. and noon or 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Mail deposited after 4 p.m. 将 不 be processed until the next working day.
